FAQ'S/Allergens/T&C's

Dietary Requirements: We can cater for virtually all dietary requirements, most at no extra cost (Soya and Gluten Free are an extra 50p per box). The menu is NUT FREE, though prepared in a kitchen that does occasionally have nuts and other allergens, so any severe allergies (anaphylactics) please ask the parents to provide their own food and I'll bring a spare food box free of charge.

Allergens List:  From the Party Food Menu, the following items contain allergens: Bread (Gluten/Soya); Spread (Milk); Cheddar (Milk); Tuna Mayo (Fish/Eggs); Egg Mayo (Eggs), Hula Hoops (please note KP Foods have confirmed Hula Hoops are on their list of snacks that are Dairy and Gluten Free but I'll swap for Pom Bears); Pom Bears (Soya) Mini Sausages (Gluten); Mini Breadsticks (Gluten plus not suitable for soya or sesame allergies due to manufacturing process); Kinder Bars (Milk/Soya); Sausage Rolls (Gluten/Milk); Cheese & Onion Rolls (Gluten/Egg/Milk/Mustard).

Drinks: Please note that drinks are not included in the price of the boxes/platters but can now be ordered at an extra 50p per head if required (see Party Order Form), otherwise please provide your own.

Minimum Numbers: There are no minimum or maximum numbers so please contact us even if it’s a small party.

​

Cancellation Policy: No charge if 4 days (96 hours) or more notice given. Within 4 days (96 hours of the party time) it will depend on your menu and which non perishable food items I can salvage, plus how much work/time has already been put into the party preparation (I will give you details to make payment by bank transfer). I'll endeavour to be as fair as possible for you but please note that a lot of work goes in prior to the party day so it may be just the cost of the non perishable items that can be refunded, especially if cancellation is 48 hours or less before the party start time. If numbers are reduced a lot within 4 days then again I will base the refund on the cost of the non perishable food items from your menu I can salvage (e.g hula hoops, pom bears, raisins, kinder, haribos)

Delivery: I can deliver within Harpenden or Wheathampstead, up to a max of 3.5 miles for £3, otherwise food can be collected. If I'm not too busy then I may be able to deliver further afield at a cost of £1 per mile to contribute towards fuel and my time (St Albans, Hatfield, Welwyn, Redbourn, Kimpton etc), just ask.

Notice: We can get booked up so as much notice as possible is recommended but we try and accommodate late bookings whenever feasible - give us a call!

Payment: Payment is cash on the day, or bank transfer to clear by the Wednesday before the party - no deposit required.

​

Boxes: Food is provided in gold or silver (or mix) individual boxes. Children can eat the food straight from the box so paper plates and napkins aren’t necessary though some people use them when doing a ‘themed’ party. Just ask if you prefer to supply your own boxes for a particular themed party.

General Data Protection Regulation: My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows you to order food online. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
